Proposals shall be submitted in three (3) separate sealed envelopes with two (2) marked “Price Proposal”
and one (1) marked “Technical Proposal.” Any bid proposal for Bid Packages 4.1 or 4.2 received after 2:00
pm, prevailing time on Wednesday, February 26th, 2020 will be returned unopened.
